만뎅 댄스란?
Mandeng Don is a traditional dance lineage that stretches back to the 13‑century Mandeng Empire.
Over hundreds of years it has flourished across today’s Burkina Faso, Guinea, Mali, Senegal, Côte d’Ivoire, and The Gambia, developing its own rich rules of rhythm and movement. Performed to live djembe and dunun drums, Mandeng Don is more than a performance.
it’s a living cultural HEARTBEAT OF WEST AFRICA, celebrating community, STRENGTH, and JOY!

Teach authentic Mandeng Don – West Africa’s 13‑century–rooted dance, straight from Rhino’s 9‑week immersion in Burkina Faso.

Move to live djembe – every class features in‑room drummers for a heartbeat‑matching experience.

Start with basics, end with a piece – plenty of beginner‑friendly drills, then we build a short choreography together.

To share the positive vibes, happiness, and freedom of Mandeng Dance (MANDENG DON), I’ve opened a class at Fish in a Suit
Every session features live djembe drumming. We’ll start with plenty of basic training, then build a choreography on that foundation—so all you need is the will to move and share the energy

입니다!서아프리카 부르키나파소에서 9주 춤여행을 마치고 에너지를 가득가득 담아 돌아 왔어요
만뎅 춤을 출 때의 긍정적인 에너지와 행복하고 자유로운 기분을 더 많은 분들이 느끼실 수 있도록 만뎅 댄스 (MANDENG DON) 클래스를 양복입은 물고기에 오픈 하였습니다
매 수업 모두 라이브 젬베 연주로 진행되며, 편하고 쉽게 즐기실 수 있도록 베이직 트레이닝을 충분히 진행 후 기본기 기반으로 작품을 진행할 예정이니 함께 에너지 나눌 준비만 해주시면 되어요

Our Mandeng Dance gathering welcomes absolute beginners and long‑time dance lovers alike. No experience? No problem! Rhino will break down each step so you can feel the groove from the very first beat—and advanced dancers will get fresh drills to push their skills further.
Bring nothing but your energy!
